Does this include weekends, or is it calendar days? What exactly does this mean? Thanks.

It's always calendar days, unless the day falls on a holiday or weekend or day the court is otherwise closed for business.
This allows the Trustee an opportunity to look at your exemptions and make sure that you are using the correct State or Federal Statutes, that you are entitled to the use of the exemptions, and that you the math and values all add up.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Bobby, trust justbroke. His post helped me 10X more than my lawyer that I paid. Though my lawyer did not help me at all aside from cashing my check. If you survived the 341 it's smooth sailing from there. Here's my timeline for the whole thing.
11-18-09: Filed for BK7
11-23-09: Research begun(found this forum)
01-05-10: 341 meeting. UST grilled me like fresh meat
01-19-10: Trustee Report on No Distribution
03-02-10: REAFF: Presumption of undue Hardship
03-05-10: REAFF: Rebutted by Judge
03-09-10: DISCHARGED
03-12-10: Bankruptcy Case ClosedThis Forum is better than any lawyer I met.

Usually you'll know at your 341 Meeting if the Trustee doesn't like your exemptions, but they do have more time to actually file the official paperwork (Objection) with the Court.
Hakuna, thanks for the calculator... that should help people!Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
