I've been trying to find some info on how MN views HSA's and I haven't had any luk. From what I can tell there are no specific rules or statutes on them.
What I am thinking of doing is listing the amount that is taken out of my check as a deduction but not listing any medical expenses in my expense schedule since I will use the money in my hsa to pay them.
I have a 2500.00 deductible and have 200.00/month taken out. Of that 200.00 the majority of it I use for medication.
I am filing pro per but there is a bk clinic that I am going to go to so I will ask then - just wondering if any other people in MN have any input.
Thanks!
