Can a wildcard exemption be stacked on another exemption?

Absolutely... probably. So long as there are no additional exceptions to the stacking of the exemption. For example, at least one State has a wildcard exemption that allows you to stack that wildcard with any other exemption, but has an exception for cash. You have to read the statute. You may need to read caselaw if the statute is unclear.
I can't remember--as I'm traveling--are you Pro Se?Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
