House has no equity. Should I list it in the exemptions? I am not sure what the implications are if I dont exempt it.

I have two homestead declarations - one for real estate and another for personal property. The rule for wildcard exemption is "unused portion of homestead exemption". Does that mean I need to list hoemstead exemption first in the sked c so i can use the wildcard? i don't know the technicalities.Comment
