Chase Collection trying to serve

I received a call from NCI me and my place of business. They want to serve me.

I live at two different places and do not know how to respond to this company.

What should I expect here and any advice as to how to proceed.

Anyone else being sued by Chase thru NCI ?

They usually don't tell you they are going to serve you, they just serve you.

Until they actually do serve you, they may be just bluffing and trying to scare you into thinking they are going to sue you.

You can check Arizona court records online to see if they are actually filing a lawsuit against you-- if you don't find yourself listed here, then they are bluffing at this point...
