            Freddy03: Correct. Yes, in WA state the attorney can have you served and you must answer before he or she even file's it at the court house. If you don't answer then it's a default judgment. However, in my case the collection attorney never did validate the debt Like I ask him to. So, am waiting to see what happen's next. There is nothing they can get from me.
