Iam not hiding anything. I also know and agree that creditors can not just come in and take everything, nor would they want to. Credit companies want their money back , not your furniture or clothing, ( unless it is a furniture store you owe). I believe if you make yourself knowledgeable about what can and can not happen , you gain control. Everyones situation is unique. Having a car in your name and a home, being behind on your mortgage, having non exempt savings, and living in a wage garnishable state, make creditors more preditory. Nobody is on my back. In fact it is just the opposite. Once I figured out my rights, and what worked best for me the answers fell right into place. I could not agree more, living in fear is no way to live. As the old saying goes" Rome was not built in a day".
