How soon can I expect a Motion for Summary judgment, from an attorney. Summons was received May 3, sent back my answer June 10, June 13 received Interrogatories, July 12 sent my interrogatories to them, July 13 sent my answers to them. How soon would I normally receive a MSJ, I am expecting it, just trying to figure out when, as of right now there is nothing listed on the courts website.

It won't be listed on the civil motion calendar. Just wait for the mailman to bring certified mail. :-)
They might just decide your case isn't worth the trouble of robosigning some affidavits and move on. Or just hope you're a no-show on their rocket docket day.
At some point you might decide on filing your own MSJ based on their lack of proof of having a case.filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!
