I ended up mailing them a DV letter to all 3 addresses on the letter that weren't for the OC. Unfortunately, I did it first class mail (I didn't want to spend over $15 to send them certified). I sent them on July 7th, and they're still calling me, so I filed an online complaint with the FTC today. Has anyone ever done this before? Has this helped? Honestly, I'm a little surprised they are being so difficult seeing as how they were just sued (and lost) by the FTC for this sort of behavior. *shrugs*

Hi
Try faxing a D&C while you wait for the DV letter to be returned. From the BBB.org here are some fax numbers.
(561) 671-6040 - not a MI area code but it was listed under the Southgate address - Palm Beach Number
(614) 901-7794 - Ohio address fax machine
