OK guys, by now some of the regulars know my story :-)
Have to hold out by the skin of my teeth till Sept for BK.
WF cc about sigh - $7,200 - calls around 20 times per day - now left message that unless I call back today, irreversiable decisions will be made. If they look at my credit report...it's godawful.
So...does this mean they're done with me and will sue?
if yes, does WF do it themselves, or is it "outsourced?" I ask of course because that takes more time...I have a feeling I know to whom they'll outsource...delightful people in my state...
This is NOT small claims court in my state - so if you file say TODAY June 16th, you'd get a court date around...more or less, end of July, then you can request a trial which would be set sometime in Sept...
Of course the later we get to filing the later the trial date etc would be set...
So - what kind of timeline do you all think I'm looking at? Also, is it time/worth it to call them back, tell them I haven't any $$, and give them BK atty phone???
