yes, normally you can. just list the doc. numbers, (there is a spot on your petition asking if there are outstanding judgements or suits etc.), if the creditors obtained judgments, after discharge file a motion to vacate the judgments.8/4/2008 MAKE SURE AND VISIT Tobee's Blogs! http://www.bkforum.com/blog.php?32727-tobee43 and all are welcome to bk forum's Florida State Questions and Answers on BK http://www.bkforum.com/group.php?groupid=9

List what you have and don't worry too much about anything that got sold as long as the original creditor was listed. Their selling the debt over and over is not your problem. All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.

Frogger is exactly right.
Just list the accounts with original creditors, as well as any lawsuits filed against you.
If there are collection agencies harassing you , you can include them on your matrix for "notification only".
It's impossible to know who's sold your debt to whom, so don't worry about that.
You are protected by the automatic stay once you file BK and woe be to the creditor who violates it.filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!

Sounds like a scare tactic, typical in the life of collections. Don't stress to much over this. If you get served, then come back with the details and we'll see what your options are.All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.
