Hmm...forgive me guys for being overly melodramatic, and I say this WITHOUT apologies - this is financial fascism. Is this what this country has come to???

lenders are really putting the squeeze on debtors, my stuff isn't worth the effort, but I don't need the headache, I offered them 2000, which is more than they will net if they hire a mover, as my sheriff said their not coming back, unlike some states, the Sheriffs job is over after they take inventory. So its now the banks problem.
So the bank has to hire movers, take my stuff and put it in storage, insure it and try to sell it, unless someone bids at the sheriff sale, I owe 9000, so someone would have to be crazy to bid.

300 dollar exemption in PA, it must be the middle ages.
Collect agents are having a field day as no one is really supportive of creditor rights, our AG's office basically told us if there are an overwhelming amount of complaints against a single agency they'll investigate but they cant investigate every complaint. The FTC was equally worthless, once the judgement was granted their not going to do anything, my error was not requesting a trial, defending through the mail, made it to easy for the judge to look the other way.
I actually requested a validation of debt, the court ignored my request - judgement granted. Rocket dockets are coast to coast, judges don't know what to do with all the cases so more often than not they just shovel it through.
