I actually had one call my boss to give me a message, I have no idea how they tracked him down, since he was in Texas and I'm in NJ and we both worked from home!

On the bright side, I was able to convince CapOne that I was filing for BK and one of their more intelligent reps coded my accounts as such and the phone calls stopped, so it can be done if you keep talking to them.
