If you moved from a state with 6 YR SOL along with 2 judgments to a state with 3 YR SOL. Does the SOL reset to the new state. Do Judgments need to be reaffirmed as well?

If the judgments have already been entered against you in one state, all that needs to happen is for the creditor to domestic the judgment in your current state. As far as I am aware, there is NO statute of limitation on doing so, so long as the judgment is still valid in its originating state. Sorry.

That is what I thought, thanks. Does the SOL clock reset back to day one as well?
