Partial Payment Made & Still Marked 30 Days Late

Hello. I made a partial payment to Chase for 1/2 the amount due as I did not have the other half. I am on their Balance Liquidation Plan (BLP) and have paid them over $4,000 in the last year and a half. It is a good plan but my income has decreased since I signed up and they won't re-negotiate a new lower payment. However, they just marked me 30 days late. Is this going to continue each month? Any suggestions on how I can deal with them? Thanks in advance.

A partial payment is a late payment.

Unfortunately yes they will keep reporting every month this way.

Actually next month it will say "Late 60 Days"

Unfortunately Chase is notorious for not negotiating and reporting to the CRA's as they did. If you can't afford the current payment I would encourage you to consider other options.
