Served with summons and complaint from Chase Bank on 12/15/2010
Answered complaint on 12/17/2010 - denial to all charges
Requested first production of documents on 12/17/2010
Received from plaintiff's (Chase Bank) attorney a motion for extension of time on 1/4/2011.
I understand in Florida that extension for time is for 30 days plus an additional 5 days for mailing. We are past the 30 days. Should I just let things set as they are or is there a motion I should present now.
I will be filing ch 13 in 60 days. Please help.
