Chase Bank is using Hunt & Henriques to try and collect a credit card debt, so I sent a DV letter. I received a response from them that included copies of a March 2010 statement and April 2010 statement. They also stated that having provided the documents they will proceed with collection activity.

So what know? Are 2 billing statements sufficient to satisfy they can collect?

Yes, copies of statements are considered sufficient validation.
