New Hampshire Wage garnishment and what to expect

Hi,
First off, I am fililing chapter 7 soon, but in the mean time a few of my cards are hitting the 120 day mark of no payment, a few our over 10k+; 4 to be exact, 2 with Citi; 2 with Chase chase is less than 5k. BofA 13k+; Discover 13K+.
What can I expect, I do have a lawyer working my in this case to date; we are filling in late Jan/Early Feb..
Can the credit card companies start to take my money from my check soon?

Nobody can garnish you until they sue and win.
If you're filing in the next few months, it's unlikely anyone can sue and get the case docketed before you file.

And even if they get a garnishment, they have to find out where you work and send info to your employer first.
