So, what does this mean exactly? Summary judgement...

Why haven't I received any notification of this? And shouldn't there have been some kind of court date? I haven't received anything at all since I got the motion for summary judgment notification in the mail. I'm really nervous about my bank account getting levied and my wages garnished. Aren't I supposed to get a court date or something? AAAHHHH!!!

And... after spending a couple hours looking through other Hanna/Cap1 cases in the system, I found about 50 in 2010 that were really similar to mine, including ones where they had received a summary judgment. Strangely enough.... EVERY single one of them had a FiFa issued within a few days of the decision... usually 3 days. Mine was the ONLY one I looked at that hadn't applied for a FiFa. Why???

I guess it doesn't hurt me any, I just don't know why they'd do it, KWIM? Are they seriously not going to try to collect? No one has contacted me with anything yet.
