Best advice I can give you right now: The stay from the BK filing isn't going to stop the UD actions for any length of time. You have a very short window of time to take action and avoid getting evicted (which seems like that is your main concern right now correct?) I am not going to delve into why did you not prepare leading up to this, although the question lingers in my head, you need not answer. I am helping you because there appears to be a legitimate deficiency in your case. Go see a foreclosure or real estate attorney ASAP, pay for a consultation, and get their legal take on this mess.
Again, if the UD was filed against you either by the second servicer post foreclosure, or by the first servicer post assignment to second servicer, you have a deficiency that can help you. Of course, ultimately you will get evicted and maybe that's what the judge was looking at when determining the UD judgement in favor of the lender/servicer. Go see an attorney NOW, get their take on your very time-limited options, and make a decision.
Please let us know the outcome.
