Here is some information about them which you might find helpful:

They appear to be associated with the notorious junk debt buyer LVNV.

One of my charged off credit card debts ended up being purchased by LVNV and then they started using third party collection agencies like Christensen to call me. I sent each collection agency a cease and desist communications letter in the mail, and then that particular collection agency would stop calling me. There was usually about a gap of month or two of silence about that debt, and then LVNV would send the account to a new collection agency and the calls started up again. I would then send the new collection agency a cease and desist communications letter. After sending the account to 7 different collection agencies and doing a several hard pulls on my credit reports, LVNV fell silent, and now it has been years since I have heard anything from them. I think they figured out that I am judgment proof, so they never bothered to sue me.

You may have a different experience with them depending upon whether or not you are judgment proof. If you are not judgment proof, then prepare to file bankruptcy in case they bother to sue you.

As for settling with LVNV, I have heard horror stories about them not honoring their settlement agreements. Make sure you get the settlement agreement in writing and pay them with a cashier's check or money order, so they won't have access to your checking account number. And remember that unlike bankruptcy, you may have to pay taxes on the amount you settle above $600.
    The world's simplest C & D Letter:
"I demand that you cease and desist from any communication with me."
Notice that I never actually mention or acknowledge the debt in my letter.
