    Suing for violations

    Hi,
My husband had his 341 hearing on 2 September, everything went fine and he should be getting his discharge soon. However, we keep getting collection agency bills as well as bills from the hospital. I am assuming this is a violation of the FDCPA. How would one go about suing these clowns? I apologize as I'm sure this has been addressed many times before--if someone could just point me to the appropriate threads to read I would appreciate it, my internet is wonky and I am having a hard time getting pages to load.
    Thank you!

contact your attorney and let him/her know of the letters/bills received. He/she will be able to tell you if they will file suit on your behalf for violations.

Colloectors keep on collecting because just about none of the laws are being enforced.
