how long after defaulting on a 13 will creditors start coming after you?

how long after you default on your 13 will it take creditors to start coming after me?

i plan on defaulting and then selling my car and filing a ch 7. im not sure how long i have to wait in between selling my car and filing for a 7 though to where its not deemed sketchy. anyone have an answer for either of these things? i want to avoid judgements.

You might want to post this in the CH 13 forum for better answers. I haven't filed yet so can't help but would think just converting to a 7 would be better if you have a valid reason.

They will start coming after you just as soon as they find out that your 13 is dismissed.
