AMEX, Zwicker & Assoc and arbitration in AZ?

We are going to be filing bk, but need to know how much time we have. We got the summons, filed an answer to delay and now have rcvd a summons for arbitration but with no dates as to when. About how much time do we have until this arbitration happens, then when we lose, how much time until they can garnish wages? We need like 5 more months. Is it possible?

Intriguing. Creditors cannot do contractual arbitration anymore since the NAF kangaroo court scam was blown sky high. Sounds like they have gone for court arbitration and that you don't want.

You can elect contractual arbitration against them which kills any litigation on both sides. This will buy you plenty of time, especially if there is JAMS in the contract. It will cost them around 3K to get the ball rolling there, and the arbitrator costs 500 an hour (all paid for by the CC/CA.)
First consult: You go now, no CH 7 for you. You spent entire buffet. 13 has a 95 percent payback. (Owwwch) On to next consult....
