Dentist Bill

Hello all,

I included a dentist bill in the Chapter 7 that was filed in June. A few weeks a go I received a notice of intent from them? I sent it on to my attorney. A week later, I received another bill "last bill before going to collections".

What's up with that?

If they were included in your BK petition, they are in violation of the stay. I'd ask your attorney what's going on and to deal with them.

He said he would take care of it when we met at the 341, but its just annoying, I feel like calling them and say "Buzz Off".

Did he botch the job? I hate stiffing a guy out of the fruits of his labor; big faceless corp, no problem, but he treated you, after all.
