It just hit me that when Citibank called to inquire about my wife being late on her American Airlines credit line on which I am not a signer or joint holder or remotely related to...that they discussed the account with me (since she was not home), including giving me balances, minimum payments, etc. Isn't that illegal? We live in CA if that matters.
