I included a doctors bill in my chapter 7 that was for my son, whom was 17 at the time of filing. haven't had 341 yet (it is next week). Now my son is 18 and the doctors office is billing him and threatening collections and reporting to his credit can they go after him for this?

They can't do that. You, as the parent, signed as the responsible party for the debt. Just because the son has turned 18 does not mean that they can now make him responsible.

They're trying to get around your bk by rebilling. I would consult with my bk attorney about the possibility that they are violating the laws.
