We had a Landsafe inquiry years ago when we were applying for our mortgage. Did you apply for credit or do you currently have a mortgage, though, I wouldn't think they'd pull a hard inq. if you already have a mortgage.

2nd is with BOA. No, no credit apps - just discharged last week. I saw where they are related to Countrywide somehow, and Countrywide is BOA now, right? Maybe BOA is checking up. I thought, though, that in order to access one's credit the inquiring person had to have either an application for credit, or be a current creditor. Since we're discharged they are no longer a current creditor, correct?1/15/10 Filed ch7 2/18/10 314 meeting
