It seems pretty odd that this CC was not included in your initial 13 creditor matrix.
In terms of SOL, this may not fly if the credit was extended for business purposes. You would need to check your state laws.
If the SOL rules for your state are the same for businesses as they are for individuals, then you can certainly use the SOL as an affirmative defense in any litigation.

Treehugger1,
Thank you for your comment, especially "It seems pretty odd that this CC was not included in your initial 13 creditor matrix."
That made me carefully review all of my BK paperwork. I found that the paralegal was wrong. The CC was included in the BK but not correctly.
I had 1 personal and 1 business CC with the same CCC. On the creditor's matrix, it looks like my lawyer reported the two CC amounts together under the personal card. The two totals I gave when I filed equal the one entry on the matrix.
I think I can now tell the CA to go away because the debt was included in BK. Now I just have to hope this error on my lawyer's part doesn't mess up my discharge. Can't wait to call the lawyer Monday.ch.13 filed Nov. 2006; discharged Feb. 2010
