I have taken pictures of the cell phone. Great quality too, shows the dates and the number history. I print them up and put them in my file with my letter copy, my green "got the letter" card and everything else they send. I also have several blocked calls that are within a minute of their calls...which could also be them.

If I am not mistaken, Texas laws fine them per offense. Between violating the DV and violating the CD I am fairly certain I can pay off the debt they are collecting on twice over in fines....
First consult: You go now, no CH 7 for you. You spent entire buffet. 13 has a 95 percent payback. (Owwwch) On to next consult....

Flyinbroke, do what I did, answer the phone, tell them that you are recording the call and that you know that they received the DV letter.Ask them why they are still calling, more than likely they will stumble around and admit the call was a mistake. I have not heard from them again after I had this conversation with them.

I also think they are completely dumbfounded when someone sends them a DV letter. I guess they figure we will roll over and pay.
