No phone calls? Is the storm getting ready to hit?

I haven't paid on the HELOC for alomost 6 months now. Credit cards are going on 5-6 months now. BofA holds one card(9,500.00) and HELOC(30,000) and have not heard from them in about 2 months now. The house is very underwater and told them I was unemployed for almost a year. Haven't heard from them since.

SHould I be worried or have they determined they will not get anything?

The 2nd card with Chase (6,400) has now hired CA to call me now. Been getting calls about 3 times a day, but that is it.

I have read that people get bobarded with calls, but I have only heard from Chase. Am I just lucky or are they just gettin ready to sue? Seems strange that is has been so quite.

I have heard that if things have gone radio silent, watch out. They are giving your account to CAs or possibly gearing up for legal action. I would bet on CAs/JDBs getting it. I have heard BoA hangs onto their accounts for a while though, even after chargeoff.

aahhh.. the calm before the storm!!!

or maybe they just don't have enough debt collectors to call the millions of overdue accounts
Stopped paying c. cards February 2009
      Retained attorney 11/5/09 - $100k in C.Card debt - $120000 per year income - Filed Feb 2010 - 341 Apr 2010 - No Asset Case/Report of No Dist Apr 2010 - Discharged June 2010
      Case went without a hitch!
I HELD MY HEAD HIGH IN THAT COURTROOM AND NOW I AM MOVING ON!

I do know that none of the accounts have been charged off yet? But, Chase has IC Systems working for the on there behalf.

Be aware, Chase will most likely sue. They glutted up about 75 percent of my court's docket. I know a few people here skimmed past Chase, but they have nabbed a lot more.
