Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with Redline Recovery? We quit paying ccs 4-5 months ago, and have retained an attorney. We're just waiting for some OT to drop off the six month look back so we're under median. Our attorney said if we can wait and file in May/June we shouldn't lose our tax refund either (about $1,300, which we've already received). Our attorney told us to give any of our ccs his contact info, so when Redline called today (for BofA), I gave him the contact info. After he struggled to get the info, repeating attorney name & number multiple times, he told me "I sure hope you enjoy not paying your bills" and hung up. I'm guessing he'll confirm our attorney info, but just wondering if they'll rush to file a suit? Anyone know about anything about them?

They won't rush.
I don't know anything about this particular CA, but because you informed them of the BK & gave them your attorney info, they won't rush, cause it costs money to file suits, which they won't spend knowing it will be discharged anyway.
