GE Money bank not playing nice

I'm 3 months late on 8K ATV loan with GEMB. I just quit paying as I was getting no where with almost 20+% interest, and I really needed the money for daily living. They were calling everyday, I answered one day last week and they were very polite, and did very little prodding (I just ignore their questions and just keep repeating "I'm in financial difficulties right now and hope things turn around in a couple of weeks, I will call you when I can make a payment"). After this conversation with them earlier in the week, they haven't called back. I assume they are waiting a week or so or it's going to collections. My credit is trashed from a foreclosure, so I don't really care in that area, I'm honestly just waiting this thing out to see what happens...
