Gyno, There are no absolutes when it comes to timing. It could happen next week, or maybe the case will never be brought back to trial. The decision will be up to Discover when, and if, they want a suit brought. If you are bothered by looking over your shoulder, then find the resources to declare BK.

Here in my county, attorneys for MB have sent letters to the court excusing themselves from all MB handled lawsuits. These folks filed a great many suits on behalf of MB in my county. Happy New Year! I have a friend who answered a MB/Discover suit. The case went to mandatory (state required) arbitration. I told him to make sure he shows up at the arbitration hearing! The judge should throw the suit out. I also told him to file a motion to dismiss the case.
