Boa just sent us letters to collect our debt and we are surrendering the house. The letters were sent from Simi/CA from their collection service. They already have tried a motion to relieve stay.. so they know we are a no asset bk... is this just a part of their process? We are taking the letters to the atty on monday. I swear, ever notice these people send this out just in time for your to get them before a weekend. Like you might slip a check for several thousand into an envelope and pay them of before checking with your atty? As if I would have a stamp to mail it with.. I am a no asset BK.. for gosh sakes..
