So my wife get a call from the Law Office of Thomas Landis....ooooo scary. Called her work. Asked for her by her maiden name (married for 13 years). Receptionist took down info. I called this morning. What dirt bags. They are going to give me "one chance" to resolve this matter or file suit. Said, Please, file suit. Played with him for a few and was finally able to get their address and details so I can DV them. Supposedly and old BofA account. Anyone work with these dirt bags?

I just googled the law firm. There's lots of open source postings on the firm already like on 'who called' and ripoffreport. It may be helpful to read through what others are writing or read how they dealt with the firm as a way to defense yourself
