    Us vs Chase

Sometime back I was trying to work with my 2 credit card company's, one settle a debt of 25k for 7k- the other one Chase refused (28k). I started to fall behind due to my reduction in salary from my employer ( overtime)

I had a letter from my company and I try for months to work something out prior to my new pay taking place, all along I was getting some nasty calls from them, once I started calling them back to complained about the verbal abuse they stopped, from there they hire 3 collection agency's but none of them were capable to get us the same or similar deal as the other CC, so here we are now with the delivered papers on hand "Summons"

I'm not filling for any bankruptcy as my previous lawyer advice us due to many assets.

I'm thinking to hire a lawyer to see if we can get a similar deal and move on, what would be your strategic plan of action?? I'm in Florida.

    Thanks for the support

Check with at last two more bankruptcy lawyers.

Depends on what assets you have. Sell them all and pay off your debts.
