Has anyone dealt with these people? I received a vm today. I'm guessing it's a collection agency for one of my debts??

Yeah I've dealt with them.... creeps called us about a 2 months ago. Usual rude and aggressive tactics.
I politely asked them for their mailing address. I sent them a Cease & Desist. Have not heard from them since.Stopped paying c. cards February 2009

Case went without a hitch! I HELD MY HEAD HIGH IN THAT COURTROOM AND NOW I AM MOVING ON! -
We received phones calls from them 2 different times. Each of the calls was about our 2 different Discover Cards. They were actually very nice and offered us a settlement on each card. I simply said no thank you because I will be filing BK shortly. Thanks to both. I just notified discover on Monday that I was filing chap 7 at my attorneys suggestion. Here we are Wednesday and it is in collections??!! This was the first call from these people. Discover stopped after I told them but these people started!
