Dell Collections Satisfaction Survey

So I get this e mail to fill out a survey on my satisfaction with Dell Collections.

"Dear Valued Customer,

We invite you to participate in a survey about your recent experience with Dell Financial Collections. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are interested in your feedback concerning our performance.

Dell has asked TNS, a customer satisfaction research company in the IT industry, to help us conduct a survey regarding your experience. To help ensure we are providing expert assistance, please provide your feedback in this brief survey. This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete."

Am I happy with their collections on the phone? Well I never picked it up... And think I'll pass on the survey too thanks.

That's funny! I had a Dell account and I have to say they send the most condescending collection letters. Like I'm not paying them because I'm spending all my money on exotic vacations or something. They must have a psychologist writing their letters, thinking if they hit all the guilt buttons you'll magically pay.

I have not paid Dell in over a year and I have gotten nothing from them in the last 6 months or so.
