I have GEMB account that these guys have and they are in my state and have sued me once before but I got the money back they took from my bank because I filed BK the day before they got the bank to take the money.
Anyway here I am 10 years later and was enjoying life till this economy took a dump and now I'm going to have to do a BK again! Well these lawyers sent me a letter and I called them and agreed to give them 50 a month. (only to stop them from suing me again) Well I paid them for 2 months and then decided not to pay them anymore because I plan on filing in January.
I know I have at least till December before they pull the trigger and I just wonder if I should wait to file until I get my first summons or just go ahead and pull the trigger first?
Sorry if I make no sense but I'm really stressed out, This is taking a toll on me physically and mentally, I have some health problems that I worry if I file now and something happens I will be in the same boat after the BK.
