    Citi turned me over to a CA.....

    ARS services, out of California.

    The lady that called was a little pushy at first until I told her I was filing chapter 7 BK and gave her my lawyers information and confirmed that he was on retainer....after that she got real nice.....

    I said goodbye....

    Call number 1 for a CA....

    Eh, I should have his fee paid this month and get a case number and be done with this soon....

    Citifinancial threatened a judgment filing if I didn't pay by today until I called Back with my attorney's name and number and told them that I will be filing for BK within 30 days. I'm awaiting the draft petition from my attorney to come in the next few days then we finalize it and file. I actually cannot wait to get the petition filed in the coming month. Citi has been the most aggressive so far. Good luck to you.

      I got 6 of their cards with various collectors
      Stopped Paying CC's 2/2009. Retained Attorney 1/10/2010 Filed 1/23/2010. Discharged 5/19/10 $187K CC, $240K 2nd,$417K 1st, No asset Ch-7

        I will be filing in the next 30 days as well, so I really am not concerned, I actually laughed when she demanded payment, then told her I was filing, I also told citi I was filing back in Aug.

          I only stopped paying those loan sharks in September! I am amazed at how others on here stopped paying so long ago!!

          Now my Citi cards...2 total...they have stopped calling me. Go figure. But on my latest statement it reads that they have suspended my card and I missed only 2 payments with them as well.

            I stopped paying in Aug. They were the first to call after being late 7 days, never left a message, so they called while I was at work, until they finally called while I was home, then I told them I was filing.
