Got a letter from boa...

Seems they are demanding I make up all past payments due, and this months payment, almost $3000, I have till nov 20th to do so. My balance was listed as well, around $30,000. At a nice 20% interest as well....

They dont say what will happen if I dont, but since I cant and am going to file soon, it does not matter.

This only the second time they have contacted me about this, I am 4 months behind in payments.....

I got one of those... The next letter offered if I made 1 payment now they would waive the rest of the past due payments (would still owe the money, the account is just brought to current status). My account was a little different however. I had a $35k balance and they weren't allowed to raise my 7.9% interest rate *for any reason*. Yes, this was issued at the height of banks begging people to take unsecured credit.

Thanks, nothing I can do about it, they know I am filing and have my attorneys information, my attorney said they have heard nothing form any of my creditors.

Yup, my attorney said dont worry, there is nothing they can do....relax, we file as soon as I can come up with the rest of his fee, $300.
