I just got served today after around 13 months. Who would I send a DV to the attorney listed on the complaint or the court clerk?

I believe that ship has sailed...once you get served you can't send a DV to anyone

I stopped paying on all my cards in April of 2007. Had about $2000 total between two Capital One cards (a Mastercard with about $1800, and a Visa with $200). Only last month did I receive a summons from an "attorney" in San Diego claiming to represent Capital One, and only suing me over the card with the larger balance.
