    Good Faith Payments

I recently spoke with capital one and they said they would honor a good faith payment. Can you do this with most creditors. Other words if I have 4 credit cards and or loans can I just make a payment that is below the minimum. I know they will fee me to death, but does it put off legal procedures they may persue if you are at least paying something. Also can they garnish unemployment in Ohio.

I think unemployment compensation is protected from creditor judgements, but I believe it will deduct child support payments.

Why would they garnish child support payments? Those are intended for minor children.
