    Well that was quick

Sent out a DV on 8/8 to United Collection Bureau for one of my wifes Citi cards. Received a big yellow envelope back today with statements dated from present to about a year back. no threats just a letter saying they were answering my request. boy was that quick

So what next ?? I did state in the letter that I wont accept calls. guess i'll just wait and see.

Anyone dealt with these people ??

I have not dealt with them, but I just got a packet back from GE for my Lowes acct. I sent the DV letter to Encore. GE Money just sent statements from Feb. thru Sept. and stated that they had abided by the terms of the acct. and excepted me to do the same. It did take them longer than the 30 days that I asked, but at least there were no calls. I'm like you, now what do I do?

I sent a DV to Oxford Management for my Home Depot this week. I guess I'll just wait and see what they do. Hopefully that will stop the calls for a while.
