Is there a time that CCs cannot call,

I am asking about calls after 8pm?

Had another call from a FLORENCE KY, I did a google search and it appears to be a citi number.

I answered and no one came on the line, I stayed on for about 10 seconds then the line went dead. I un plugged the phone. screw em.

Once you file and have a case number, give that to the caller, and if the caller for whatever agency abides by the law, they will stop.

If you have an attorney on retainer, and that attorney says to direct all such calls to him/her, then do so. We did this for around 15 months before we were actually able to file.

Thanks, but I am looking for a time frame like after 8pm where they cannot call, or can they call at 1am if the want?
