That's a new one for me. US Bank handled my credit card in house prior to charge-off, then sold it very quickly to a debt buyer (scum sucking law firm).
Never touched an out of house collector. Guess I was lucky...sort of. US Bank called my neighbors trying to talk to me, now some collector from the "law firm" called my boss! Enough already. BK coming up at me fast over the horizon. Runway in sight. Flight attendants assume crash positions. Pilot to tower..better foam the runway.

but seriously, not feeling so bad today. Those crazy mofo's at Chase are still calling trying to work out a payment plan, even with a lawsuit pointed at my (wife's) head. I offered 10c on the dollar as payment in full, for some reason they're not interested.

got the dreaded motion for enforcement of litigant's rights from the scumbag casino suing me. I'm sending back an objection based on their rules violations.

And last but not least there are 2 Citi lawsuits awaiting service, on my darling wife again. Scum suckers probably are guaranteed against loss on those by the TARP money I imagine. Well, they'll soon be owned by ECast funding I expect. :-)
