What makes you think WF didn't take TARP money?
They complained about having to take $25 billion of it, but they are one of the 10 bank that have not rushed to pay it back. Maybe they've had time to take a better look at Wachovia's portfolio since then.

This is not fair. How come a lot of you had the fun of being sued by WF and they did nothing to me other than like 90+ days of nasty calls up to 4-5x per day? They repo'd my car and I never heard a peep after like 4 months. They should have came after me. That would have sped my up bankruptcy if they would have done that. I don't know why they didn't. I would have loved to get into that experience of the lawsuit. When they talked about suing me, I always told them on the phone, "Don't talk about it, DO IT! I AM BEGGING YOU TO!" I always called their bluff. NOT ONE SINGLE CREDITOR did nothing to me since the early 1990's.
