Do not leave any bank accounts open, even if no money or minimal money in them. Your banks legal dept will receive the "property other than wages garnishment" i.e. bank levy, and they will freeze the account - no matter how much or little money is in there. Then they will charge your account a fee- mine was $150 per levy (I had 3 hit at one time
