On 3 accounts totaling 11,000, they offered to settle with me all four of them for $2200

I have about 35K between 2 cards I decided to settle with them for $0.00 on July 1 if you know what I mean.

I got a summons yesterday too from a hospital my court date is June 26 and my Lawyer is going to file July 1.

I'm laid off the DW is still working but only gets paid every 2 weeks she won't be paid till after the first of the month.

Were changing banks today and on the 25th one day before court I'm pulling everything out of the bank except $10.00 to keep the accounts open.

On the second I'll be under protection of the court.

Then they can go pound sand!!!!!!

BoA has been calling our neighbors. I really need to answer the phone or call the dude back today or something.

I have yet to miss a payment but I could not make the minimum on the last months payment and one week after that payment went through card services and BOA started to call. I have not answered yet....
